We are one of the most active Student Branch Chapter in our Kolkata Section belonging to IEEE region 10. We aim to promote Electronics Engineering and have talented individuals to do so.

Seminars and Events
We conduct one-day seminars on Electronic Devices related topics. We invite speakers from across the globe. They are can be IEEE Distinguished Lecturers or Dean of some university or our alumni.
Projects
Our student members are involved in a multitude of projects. These inhouse project development help students to build experience and a portfolio. You can look out for our GitHub page.
Classes
We believe in organizing classes for the students by the students. The students get an opportunity to share what they have learned from the events we organize or by themselves.
Humanitarian Activities
We help high school students by educating them about Electronics and why one can opt for Electronics Engineering.
What We do
Our primary aim is to promote the advancements in the field of Electronic Solid State Devices. We do so by organizing seminars and talks. We invite IEEE Distinguished Lecturers and other prominent speakers. We don't shy away from giving our student members a platform to share their knowledge. We go to high schools to teach the fundamentals of electronics and guide them in choosing a career in engineering. Our students also work on exciting projects. The self-balancing robot, smart attendance system are some of the projects we have worked on.

Hear from our Team
Being the Founder Advisor of IEEE EDS SBC of NSEC, my aim is to promote research activities in the fields of device modeling among budding young talents.
In my journey I could explore the world of IOT which facinates me. This couldn't have been possible without the seniors I came to meet in this chapter. They helped a lot.
I could learn things, implement them and to showcase them. Workshops and seminars gave me a clear idea about the latest technologies od the industry.
